we had a extended brainstorming on whatsapp…

Then came covid - putting your focus on selling masks - and the project faded away…

I focused on communicating my concepts of “NemoToken™”, Termite-Tech™, New-Atlantis™,
with the web community and brought most of the stuff we discussed in the brainstorming online.

suggestion:

let us do something more solid than brainstorming - for example a web communication project - on a USD 400 / month base - to start the project and bring it to life.

€ 336 per square meter real estate ( floorspace enclosed and with roof )

today a average US home is bought at 300.000 USD and holds 2600 square feet

Our goal is to do the same space at 1/3 of the cost - and it is oceanfront property - all of it.
