| chad elwartowski interview | panama | seastar design |

The video of the design comes at the end of the interview… (minute 33)

• good design

• wave impact safe shell

• the rotation movement of the spar is gone

• the floating home can be parked in very shallow water

• it can also float as safe as a standard rescue pod in open ocean

• The metal stabilization arms will work like the keel of a sailboat (deep ballast center) and put the house to float upright again if toppled over by a Draupner Wave monster.

• The safety factor in this floating home are comparable to a standard rescue pod
• Its comfort is much greater

Thumbs up for ocean.builders
